Fun or not Fact: Parraps/Opération always use all caps when commenting a hate comment

For Example:
FUKC UR ART SO DUMB
You see the comment is all caps and sometimes he/she misspelled some words, so if you see someone commenting hate comment like that, it must be Parraps or Opération.
