I am angry with Don Resetti

Did you know that on Animal Crossing there is also Don resetti not only resetti and in that case there is the manhole on New leaf but on Animal Crossing new Horizon we meet him at the dovecote which is the bar where the brewer works.
I went to the brewster bar and found him, Don resetti, and then I thought that if I restarted the game I might have known with resetti I tried to restart and ... NOTHING! HE WAS STILL THERE! but .. after ... thinking ... I thought that by restarting the Nintendo switch I could get acquainted with resetti so I restarted it and went back to the pigeon house and ... STILL NOTHING! THERE WAS STILL DON RESETTI! Now I'm pissed off with him (Don)
