It's a person who snaps and click, don't forget to say cheeze, though you probably don't have any time to.
The camera man is a friendly monster and always runs away after taking a photo. It's quite shy and quite weird, don't ask me why. It's skin is made out of metal, really hard metal, so don't even try to kill it.
