Eastern Front | Part 40 | Soviet Counter attack

The Soviet Red Army and the German Army were Exhausted because of the Deceive Battle of Kursk, and the Germans believed that the Soviets would launch an Offensive down south but didn't fully expect the Soviets to Start an Offensive on Kharkiv and Defeated the German Army. The Soviets were near the Outskirts of Kiev and planned a Massive Offensive to Force Romania and the Others to Join the Soviet's Side.
