no cause guys i actually need help to stop my braces pain

now im trying to nap but i cant cause pain of course i dont know how to stop it i want to take my braces off omfg i regret putting them on i wanna tear till the pain stops sobs/srs
jm nit even joking abt this guys can u actually help?
