The Soviet Army in the South has broken through the southern part of the Panther-Wothan Defenses and risking an Encirclement of the Army Group Center and Army Group North, Hitler knows that his men were at the risk of being Encircled so he ordered a Disciplined Retreat through the Baltics before the Soviet Red Army would reach them. The Soviets in the South Meanwhile manage to reach through Romania, and Romania would begin a Deal with the Allies secretly. And would eventually switch sides.
