HMHS Britannic| “The Medical Lady of the Sea” | Part 3

The HMHS Britannic sailed towards Limnos, Greece, and began receiving Wounded Soldiers on this route the HMHS Britannic would be accompanied by the RMS Olympic, RMS Aquitania, and RMS Mauretania. HMHS Britannic spent 4 weeks on the Isle of Wight as a floating Hospital Ship before sailing two more voyages in the Mediterranean. After their First to Three Voyages, The HMHS Britannic was delivered back to White Star Line and would be converted back into an Ocean Liner. White Star Line began extensive Renovations on the HMHS Britannic to be converted into an Ocean Liner. Until The British Admiralty ordered the White Star Line to Convert RMS Britannic into a Hospital Ship on August 26, 1916. The HMHS Britannic sailed towards the Mediterranean Sea for its Fourth Voyage on September 14, 1915. And on September 29 when on her way to Naples, Italy HMHS Britannic encountered an Unexpected Violent Storm, and from it, she emerge rather unscathed but she would sustain minimally damage from it. And on October 9, She left Southampton on her route to the Mediterranean and this would be the last Successful Voyage that HMHS Britannic.
