You are put in a 10 kilometer hallway that resembles a hospital building with blaring alarms and flashing red lights. You must run from a hoard of entities (such as smiles, partygoers, skin stealers, etc.) down the hallway. To escape level !, you must run down the hallway to the exit door at the bottom.
