yeah I normally take middle, but it hasn't been working as well lately, idk why Q Q I've been trying a combo of Tylenol and ibuprofen instead but it's not rlly helping either

If it’s that time then midol helps me a lot with pain.

As another female, I can confirm that being a female is very painful
