I agree FlipaClip is amazing
But you can always upload your animations to youtube then post a link to the animation on animemaker

I downloaded it like 4 times and deleted cuz frames are so fast in it even if i use 9 frames per second so i have to make double amount of frames for same thing that i make in anime maker
