I think it's time to share my mental illnesses

So here they are:

Bipolar
Anxiety+social anxiety
Kind of depression
Btw this isn't really that big of a deal: my head sometimes twitches for no reason and I always bite my nails and shake my legs, nonstop. My hands always move around quickly and sometimes I have this moment were I just act weird and do something ridiculously fast with my fingers

I have depression but I force myself to be overly positive and supress my emotions! and my body shakes and twitches alot especially my hands...
