My first entry for lee’s contest

I would rule the sea/ocean, but the main settlement would be called Port Vis, I decided not to go with a mermaid theme, but if it fits any lore that you make, I’ll go with one. I just really like pirate-style dresses. And the reason I say first entry is because this drawing is kinda sub-par and I might try out different sea-related concepts
