I’m starting to get sad and worried

Today my grandma was crying and sad and every time I said what happened she says she’s fine or alright she’s not fine if she was fine she would’ve not been like that today I’m the type of person who try’s to figure out about what happened to someone and that I want answers I know she’s not alright even tho she say she is she’s really not and I know that beacuse I live with my grandma she wouldn’t be acting like today 😭
