Just had a bad Duolingo scare

I’m doing a challenge with my friend that the first person to lose their streak has to buy the other some stuff. It was 11:59pm today and I thought I didn’t do my lesson. I went through my phone as fast as I could to duolingo and started a lesson. I’m out of the freezes and so I was rushing soooo fast. I had 2 questions left when 12:00 am hit. I still quickly finished the lesson think that since I started it yesterday it would count as yesterday.

I totally forgot I did one at like 12:10 am yesterday
Worst Duolingo scare I remember
Imma just hope that in the future that duolingo does the iconic,” you didn’t finish a lesson today, now I’m sad” or something like that and also get an amber alert at the same time

I think my worst scare was probably when I thought I did my Japanese lesson but then I checked my phone when it was 11:08 and I realized that I didn't do it so I very quickly rushed through and it turned 12:00 a few seconds after I was done!! If I didn't do a lesson that day my hole streak would be gone
