Does anyone happen to know why every time I cough i feel pain in my head

it doesn't help how I have allergies and I'm dying of coughing all day

I'm not using Google cause it'll probably say I have dementia or some unreasonable thing

eh, its more so every time I cough it gives me more pain added on to my tension headache
