Pls help me!

More details:
I made an old acc on this app and posted some rlly rlly embarrassing art there. Now since I was a stupid kid and I use the same username, it can be easily founded by friends and it’s seriously killing me. I made the acc awhile ago and I have been trying to somehow delete the app, or delete its content. I didn’t have an email back then so I used a random email and I don’t remember what kinda of password I used…
Does anyone know any way I can login to the acc or delete the acc?
