Quality over quantity or quantity over quality?

Ah yes, a commonly debated topic, but seriously what tf do i choose, i literally don't value popularity but like.... if i really just post once a week almost no one will see my art which will hit me emotionally :P also on the topic of burnouts, now what if i do more stuff with low quality, i will run out of ideas and my style will deteriorate quickly, and whatever i choose i will have a burnout, but which one will hold me longer is the real answer, quantity will help me experience more with animations and my own creativeness but quality makes the account seem more proffesional. So what the hell DO I DO?????
