I cant stop thinking about my past- (story in desc)

So,last year right..I have a friend on roblox and i didnt realize that I've ignore them right,and this one time i was gonna talk to her and my bestie just drag me away its like she doesn't let me..so..this one time we had a fight that she told me ive ignored her so many times and i said its my bestie ..She shouted ta me and i shouted back.she said "Your the worst friend ever,i wish we didnt met here" that broke my heart so i typed in a message saying "ouch" and left.that night..i couldn't stop thinking about it until i cried for like 1 hour..next day, I started an app well,anime maker.i created so many account but i was a horrible person and hated it so i quitted many,many times until now..and now i started thinking i should apologize but we lost contact and she blocked me and everything.

I cant stop thinking about it😭im even nervous for my own birthday...anyone can help?
