I just finished my first volleyball practice

Pain
Lots of pain
They had us do stuff that I didn’t know how to do
Also I’m tall so the coach is always like
Hey, you have long arms you can do this.
You’re tall you can reach the net and save the ball
You should be able to do this since you have long arms

It’s mostly about my arms
I can’t serve the ball over the net yet but I’m pretty close
