1) I am glad you found a way to vent and express your emotions. All this anger and sadness can be detrimental and harmful for the human mind, the toxicity would only grow; so it’s great you found an outlet.
2) I can’t imagine the pain you feel inside relating to your father. It’s awful and sickening how you are treated by him. I hope that when he is being cruel and mean that you have a place to go to as your “safe haven”. I suggest music and (obviously) art as a stress reliever! You should not be abused like that, and I am so sorry you are.
3) If you EVER need someone to talk to, or vent to, or need a shoulder to cry on, I am here and my DM’s on Instagram are always open for you. Even if you think something is “dumb” but it makes you sad, you can come to me!
