I want to take a break from the internet but it's nearly impossible

I like getting compliments from people. I dont get them often in real life I do get them mostly on the internet. But compliments are really hard to find these days the internet was my safe place but now I'm constantly reminded of how "weird" I am and just people bringing up my past trauma in a rude way
