I never gave her a personality for whatever reason
So here it is

She likes to be mean as a joke, but cares about her friends if they are ever in trouble
She is kind of a child sometimes, she gets annoyed easily,

But she knows when to take things seriously

And her ability
Is to controll time, speed up, slow down and stop time
