I love Halloween but like I'm also generally scared

Apparently people are putting some weird type of drug in like Smarties bags giving them off to kids ( probably never going to eat a Smartie after this ) also some people even kill black cats on Halloween my cat isn't a fully black cat but I'm still scared to let her out on Halloween
