leaf

leaf has a bandage wrapped around her eye. this bandage protects her wound after she fell and busted half of her face.

leaf is a shy, and skittish little child,
she clings to anyone whom she sees as a mother, or father.
she joined us, unexpectedly. as an old lady came and dropped her off once, no words. no payment. I'm guessing she thought this was an adoption center of some sort, and dropped her off to get rid of some extra weight on her shoulders.

the police won't do anything, for now I've been letting her stay with me, personally.

I clean her wound, and dress and feed her every morning, we take the bus to the daycare together.
She has a special seat, just for her, so that she can know she's special
