It's pronounced 'Shata'.

Siata's will not allow you to pass into Lora, or leave. If you've passed the storm, anyway.

There is currently one residing in the Loranian waters.

They are massive, eel like creatures that attack any boats in its territory, and are rarely sparing.

The only way to pass it is to be washed up by a Loranian wave.
