step 1:breathe in your nose (only for normal things)

step 2:breathe with your mouth (only for emergencies or smth)

step 3 do not breathe if u smell something really gross (use a mask)

and lastly step 4:if u can taste the smell of something gross please go away (like parraps's ukraine x russia fan fiction)
