Steam-cooked salmon with vegetables
Ingredients (for 3 pers.):
1 any salmon part (fish), 5 carrots, 4 zucchini, 3 broccoli, thyme.
Cooking level : very simple
1 : prepare your steam cooker (Wash it and pour water until max level).
2 : cut zucchini in 4 parts.
3 : cut carrots in 4 parts.
4 : cut broccoli in 2 parts and alongside with zucchini and carrots pose in first container.
5 : remove scales from the fish, sprinkle with thyme the fish and pose it in second container.
6 : set your steamcooker : prawn position.
7 : wait 15 min.
8 : serve with vegetables.
