I'm most likely adopted

So my brother hates my guts
He always kicks, hits, and gets on top of me
If I try to leave he will get hurt
I have to give him the remote every time I get it
He doesn't even try to be nice all he does is play his game and bullys me
When I try to tell mom and dad he says I'm a tadle tail even though I've only told on him like 2-3 times this year
When I ask him to do a little thing (like play a quick bored game or to grab something if my hands are full) he says no all the time even when he is bored
When I say "when your done with this episode can I watch a episode I like?" He says "yes" or has a tantrum
When he says yes right after the episode is over (I was sitting there the whole time) I say "its my turn :D" then he says "haha just kidding!!"
I can't even tell on him because even if I do he will get get worse and worse
