Why does this happen?

Whenever a popular person comments on another popular persons post, they always reply. But when people with not as many followers comment, they never reply to us. When an unpopular person submits an entry to a challenge, they don’t win or even get noticed by the creator of the challenge. Unless they are popular, they won’t win or get noticed. I think popular people need to notice their underrated fans a bit more.
