Something when you violate my rule(s)

If you violate a rule for the first time, i will not immediately Block you but give you a Warning to present violating the rule(s) again. If you violate a rule for the second time, you will get blocked, there is only a 10-30% chance of getting a 2nd chance. If you fail the 2nd chance(if given), Goodbye forever…
Edit: if you break rule 1, you will get a Warning as always but when you break It again, nothing will happen, the only thing that will happen is that your comment will be removed
