How to sleep.

If you dont sleep schedule this description will make it better.

1. Military sleep method. Search it up on youtube and you will find out. Takes around 6 weeks to master it.

2. Listen to asmr videos or chants or relaxing videos to sleep better (makes you tired)

3. Do homework.
Makes you tired so you would sleep.

Il try to find more ways to sleep better soon by research in google and bing etc.

You can also just close your eyes and take deep breaths, breath in for 4 seconds hold for 7. Then eventually you will fall asleep it’s how my dad falls asleep in seconds
