Kanabet is good, all of them have downsides anf upsides, yours, Kanabet, sounds like katakana (a Japanese alphabet) which is good because it uses katakana, and alphabet together, which is awesome 'cause most of my characters and names are inspired by japan and japan mythology, vut I try to have something special!
