NSFW - Anatomy sketch (read desc.)

NOTE:
alright, so obviously this is different from my normal artwork that i usually make. I wasn't going to post this in the first place, but i know there are artists who want to get better with this stuff. I decided to upload this with a disclaimer for a rather younger audience of animemaker.

The tips that i have in there are small, but helpful
(if you couldn't read it fast enough)
• Simplify the shapes, like always.
• Note that the human head has indents going in by the eye area and exiting by the lower nose
• The 3 steps for this art is first sketch it out, then outline/darken over the guidelines, and lastly color it in or shade
• Because of the ribcage, if you are doing a perspective version of the human body from the side, there is a small indent in there too, leading down to the stomach to come back out- or staying the same line depending if the stomach is bigger or smaller
