IMO, many of the furries that I've known are some of the nicest people I've ever met, are extremely welcoming/loving/wholesome/positive/accepting, and in general just really cool people to be around. People often mock the *glomps*, uwu, nya, or emoticon usage, but I think it's great that people can express themselves so freely, and there's nothing inherently wrong with people expressing themselves in ways that are cute.
I get that people tunnel vision onto furry porn, but that's a stereotype (i.e. like gay people are all into BDSM). Moreover the porn is 100% fiction and furries aren't into actual bestiality IRL.
IMO, furries shouldn't get the amount of stigma that they do.
