I understand the back pain lol, any time I do manage to knock myself out w medication or smth I always end up in pain for days afterwards lol

I do wake up with sleep paralysis here and their or a sore back for a few days but that’s why I’m gonna make my next post to explain it ;)

for 1, good mf, you better get some good sleep before you start on any big things like thus 😤💞 secondly, damn you for actually having a normal sleep schedule even tho I'm glad you're sleeping a healthy amount 🤗
