Umbreon oc 💿

I need an actual name for him though, he’s old and he’s basically my own take with those VERY OLD EEVEELUTIONS STORYLINES THAT EVERYBODY FORGOT???

Some info to note:
- he’s a bit taller than average umbreons.
- he’s awkward and nervous with something on his mind most of the time.
- He has way more scruffy hair on his head, he just flattened by putting his head against the wall too many times.
- I haven’t figured out if he’s a shiny or not-
