It's a reference to the Undertale Christmas Party AU comic! The sweater he's wearing says "Holy-days LMAO", with the comic's sweater style but can't be seen cuz the eggnog bowl, aswell as his wound, it remarks a little at the upper part but is almost completely covered. I hope I'm not too late :) #chikascontest
