The Ghost Lord is made up of about 5 Million mist ghosts wich is still different depending on where it is created. It is a technique that the mist ghosts where taught by an Evil Wizard. Since then the Ghost Lord was only created once, destroying the Human Kingdom whole, but this happened a long time ago.
