few bugs on the opacity feature

for some reason, whenever I use the fill tool with a color with lower opacity, it’s opaque but lighter. In this case even brighter than the white background? (I put my phone on lower brightness, but when I turn it up the color gets brighter than it usually should.) I color picked it and it gave me pure white. Not sure what’s going on here? Very good update however

edit: the thing I was talking about is gone and is now just completely the color I filled in the space with
