I feel so bad

I promised my friend ill make time to play with her for at least an hour but I haven't texted or called her :(
I was so busy I had to go outside with my family because both of my parents were off to day it was weird because my dad and mom are never off on a Monday at the same time too
Also I have a ear cuff one rn it's ok but mad uncomfortable
