Saying things like this to kids can really discourage them from pursuing their dreams. Even if you come across art you define as "bad", you shouldn't say stuff like that. Even if it's the honest truth, put yourself in the person you're bullying's shoes, and stop thinking about yourself for once. "I judge people because their adolescent minds don't understand that their art doesn't deserve praise." Like what kind of lame shit is that? Aren't you an adolescent too? Don't you understand these children lose motivation to do what they love because of people like you, discouraging them? Instead of praising them and giving constructive criticism, you waste your time bringing them down as if they have to be refined master artists. They're trying, but it seems like you can't see that. Can't we all just encourage each other to do better? Genuinely really sad.
