how to skip meals without your parents knowing
-shove the food in your pockets or sleeves or shoes or underwear
-say you have to study and that youll eat in your room but just throw it in the toilet
-say you have to go out with friends
-have a snack (dont actually eat it) close to dinner and say youre not hungry
-give yourself a mouth rash and say it hurts too much to eat
-get a opake cup and spit the food in there when you pretend to drink it and throw the food out
-sleep through dinner
-get in an argument before dinner
