i lost 1 kg! (105 pounds to 102 pounds)

im so happy ^^
how i did it: i fasted for 67.25 hours and it was sooo worth it
when i broke the fast i ate only 350 calories
im doing it again next week!
ill be in the double digits again
maybe this time ill work out, too.
