How come if a women shows some skin, she’s slutty?

Women have always been oppressed and you people prove it. If a women shows just a little under chest, she is harassed and told to “put clothes on.” My body, my choice. I can wear what I want, and as long as I don’t show nipple or anything, I don’t see a issue. So many people make sexist remarks with no knowledge.
