I feel so disconnected

I feel like I haven’t talked to anyone in ages

I feel so lonely but at the same time I feel so overwhelmed when I am around somebody

I feel dead, not dead inside just.. dead

I feel like I haven’t been touched by anyone

And I want to talk to someone but I want to choose that someone I talk to
