fuck this "ill just eat less calories because an app told me ill lose 2 pounds a week from it" shit, ill never be at my goal if i sugar coat things
i just have to stop thinking
new plan:
dont eat until i pass out or am at my goal
20 pounds left
how hard could that be?
im terrified to eat because i herd that if i break my fast ill gain back half of what i lost
-plan to keep symtoms away: one blueberry every hour, drink hell lots of water, and all the gum i can
-dont be weak
-every meal ate ill do smth (i really cant say)
-eat a meal every 4 days to keep myself from feeling what i did this morning
