i then got to 117 by regulating my eating (i have no photos) bmi was: 23.6 i was still overweight

then 113 by not eating for 4 or 5 days i dont remember bmi was: 22.8, i was still overweight
no photos sorry i didnt take any i was embarassed about it
that was in july i think
then 108 by not eating 2 meals a day and exersising for hours at a time bmi was: 21.8, i was still overweight.
