basically everything's the same, but all the bad stuff gaster did to deltarune happened BEFORE he died
and then he fell into the core, and was reincarnated as rouxls

he has a high rank, IQ, and status
everyone fears or respects him
including the king

however nobody knows why he acts so... strange...
