THE Largest Ones are O, they are short lived, extremely rare and hot, and very large compared to the Stephenson Star, it has a capability of collapsing itself onto a blackhole if it is massive enough.
The complete opposite goes for M, it's very common, cool and smaller. You can see them everywhere and sometimes planets are present around them. Talking about planets? Sometimes planets can harbour life if they are in the Goldilocks zone, namely the Habitable zone whereas earth like condition met. Thus creating intellectual civilization that can wipe the entire race of civilization on earth just like us even your mother.
