Vent in description

Why do I constantly have to hide myself from other people, I don’t even know myself. Maybe it’s because even the people I’ve known for my whole life have hurt me so immensely , or maybe it’s because my friends constantly taunt me about how I look, I don’t know (please be nice you don’t have to read this I just have no one to share it with , don’t give hate please)
